Florida CPA ACHA application

Title: Florida CPA Needed for AHCA Non-Physician-Owned Medical Clinic Financial Documentation We are looking for an experienced Florida-licensed CPA who has specific experience preparing or reviewing the financial documentation required for a Florida non-physician-owned health care clinic application with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration). The clinic will be physician-supervised/operated but is being established under a non-physician ownership structure, and we need a CPA who understands the financial requirements associated with the AHCA application. We need someone who can: - Review the AHCA financial requirements applicable to a non-physician-owned clinic - Identify exactly which financial statements, CPA letters, attestations, balance sheets, income statements, financial projections, or other documentation are required - Prepare or assist in preparing the required financial documents in the format AHCA expects - Ensure the financial documentation is consistent with the clinic's ownership and organizational structure - Review the completed application package for financial/compliance issues before submission - Communicate directly with us regarding any deficiencies or additional financial documentation AHCA may require Required Experience Florida CPA license is strongly preferred. You should have demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: - Florida AHCA Health Care Clinic applications - Non-physician-owned medical clinics - Health care clinic licensure/exemption applications - Florida health care regulatory financial requirements - Preparing CPA financial statements or attestations for AHCA - Medical practice/clinic formation and regulatory compliance This is NOT a general bookkeeping or tax-preparation project. We specifically need someone who understands the financial documentation required by Florida AHCA for a non-physician-owned health care clinic. When applying, please provide: 1.
