Florida PE Needed – Residential Plumbing Plan Revision – 24–48 Hour Turnaround

I am looking for a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with plumbing/MEP experience to revise an existing residential plumbing plan set for a new-construction home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is not a design-from-scratch project. I already have: Existing plumbing plans Original CAD/DWG files Current permit set Plumbing contractor markups/corrections Information regarding the required revisions I need someone who can review the existing plans, make the necessary plumbing revisions, and provide a permit-ready, digitally signed and sealed Florida PE plan set. Requirements Active Florida PE license Experience with residential plumbing/MEP plans Familiarity with Florida Building Code Broward County / Fort Lauderdale permitting experience strongly preferred Ability to work directly from existing DWG/CAD files Must personally review and take responsibility for the revised engineering documents Provide revised DWG files and digitally signed/sealed PDFs Available for a quick correction if the City requests a minor revision related to your work Timeline 24-hour turnaround strongly preferred. 48 hours maximum. This project is currently holding up a plumbing permit and construction, so please only apply if you can begin immediately and meet the deadline.
