Florida Real Estate Attorney for Title Issue

I’m looking for a Florida-licensed real estate attorney to urgently review a complicated chain-of-title issue involving conflicting deeds, a custodial transfer to a minor, a later disclaimer of interest, and a current title-insurance requirement.
