Summary

We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker with at least 5 years of customer service experience who is also fluent in English. The ideal candidate should be organized, adaptable, comfortable with technology and computers, have excellent phone and email communication skills, and be flexible with work hours as schedules may change. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, text messages, and emails, providing customer support, and performing data entry tasks. Insurance industry knowledge is preferred. The position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
