Job Title FluentCRM Specialist: Map CRM Pathways, Draft Email Sequences & Build Automations (Figma) Job Description We are seeking an experienced FluentCRM Specialist with strong Information Architecture (IA) and Email Copywriting skills to map out and build our complete CRM automation system. We operate two interconnected brands: 1. Brand A: A service-based wellness business (client bookings & appointments). 2. Brand B: An educational training business (student courses, enrollments & certifications). Our tech stack uses FluentCRM on WordPress. We have extensive raw strategy notes and transcript links from prior planning sessions. Your job is to review these resources, synthesize the business logic, create visual flowcharts in Figma, write all automated email copy, and fully configure the pathways inside FluentCRM. Key Responsibilities: - Information Architecture & Visual Mapping (in Figma): Review raw strategy transcripts, extract the underlying logic, and design clear visual flowcharts in Figma showing lead pathways, conditional branching (If/Then logic), tags, lists, and triggers. - Cross-Platform Logic Integration: Design pathways that seamlessly handle service inquiries, prospective students, and returning clients/alumni across both brands. - Email Copywriting & Formatting: Write and format clear, engaging, professional email copy (welcome series, course onboarding, inquiry follow-ups, re-engagement sequences) aligned with each brand's tone. - Build & Test in FluentCRM: Set up all tags, lists, custom fields, delays, and dynamic automation sequences in FluentCRM. Perform full end-to-end testing. Requirements: - Deep Hands-On FluentCRM Expertise: Must thoroughly understand FluentCRM’s capabilities, triggers, actions, and limitations. - Strong IA & Figma Skills: Proven ability to structure raw notes into clean, easy-to-read Figma flowcharts. - Fluent/Native English Copywriting: Strong written communication for drafting polite, professional customer-facing emails.
