Flutter Developer — Full App Build (Flutter UI + Firebase + SQL Backend) | Arabic RTL

We are building an on-demand services marketplace app for Saudi Arabia. The app connects users with service providers, handles bookings, payments, and transport logistics, and includes a community-driven map feature. The app is bilingual: Arabic RTL and English LTR. We are looking for a Flutter developer to build the complete application — frontend implementation and backend. This is **not a design role**. All 60 screens are fully designed and documented. You receive the Figma file and implement it in Flutter exactly as designed. **⚠ Budget is fixed at $1,400 USD across three milestones. Do not apply if this does not work for you.** --- **What You Are Building** - 60 screens implemented in Flutter from provided Figma designs - Complete Firebase backend: Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Security Rules - Managed SQL database as the main datastore - Booking, transport request, and admin allocation flow - Payment gateway integration (Mada / card via Moyasar or Tap) - Push notifications for bookings, status updates, chat, and verifications - Controlled in-app chat (text only, auto-locked per transaction) - Mobile admin app (Flutter) with full admin functionality: request allocation, verification queue, moderation, reports, settings, audit logs --- **What We Provide** - Complete BRD — 20 sections, every screen fully specified with Firebase/SQL interactions - Figma file with all 60 screens already designed — your job is to build, not design - Screen inventory spreadsheet with descriptions per screen - All documentation needed to start immediately --- **Responsibilities** - Implement all 60 screens in Flutter exactly as designed in Figma - Build reusable UI components - Implement full Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Security Rules) - Design and implement the SQL database schema and backend logic - Integrate payment gateway (Mada + card) - Implement Arabic RTL and English LTR across all screens - Build the mobile admin app in Flutter - Write and execute a test plan covering all features - Deliver full documentation and hand over all credentials, source code, and Firebase/SQL ownership to the client --- **Required Skills** - Strong Flutter UI implementation from Figma designs - Firebase: Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth, Storage, Security Rules, FCM - SQL database design and integration - Payment gateway integration (Moyasar or Tap preferred) - Arabic RTL layout experience - Experience shipping production mobile apps end to end **Nice to Have** - GCC/Saudi market experience - Google Maps integration - Marketplace or booking-style app experience
