Flutterflow Developer for AI first Mobile Apps

FlutterFlow Product Designer for AI-First Mobile Apps Compensation is USD $1,500–$2,200 is per month We are looking for an experienced FlutterFlow Developer to help design, prototype, build, and improve AI-powered mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking, excellent UI/UX judgment, and hands-on FlutterFlow build experience. You should be able to turn product ideas into clean, intuitive, production-ready mobile app experiences. What You’ll Do * Design intuitive mobile app experiences, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes * Build production-ready applications in FlutterFlow * Create reusable components and maintain scalable design systems * Integrate APIs, backend services, authentication flows, and app logic * Support testing, QA, deployment, and product iteration * Improve usability, accessibility, customer journeys, and app performance * Collaborate with product, UX/UI, AI, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams * Use AI tools to support UX research, ideation, wireframing, documentation, testing, and product development Must-Have Experience * Professional experience building apps in FlutterFlow * Strong FlutterFlow shipping history, with real apps launched to production * Strong mobile UX/UI skills and product design judgment * Ability to create polished, pixel-perfect UI and consistent design systems inside FlutterFlow * Experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, state management, caching, offline/latency states, and error/empty/loading states * Comfort using custom actions, custom functions, or custom widgets when needed, while staying FlutterFlow-first * Experience using AI tools as part of your design, development, testing, or documentation workflow * Strong written and verbal English communication * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Ability to keep work organized, documented, and clearly communicated Nice to Have * Flutter experience * Firebase or Supabase experience * API integrations * SaaS, AI product, HealthTech, or EdTech experience * Product analytics experience * Mobile app publishing experience * Figma and design systems experience * No-code or low-code platform experience Success Looks Like You will be successful if you consistently: * Deliver high-quality FlutterFlow applications * Improve usability and customer experience * Build scalable and maintainable product experiences * Use AI to improve speed, quality, testing, and documentation * Collaborate clearly across product, design, engineering, and leadership * Deliver polished work with minimal revisions * Proactively identify and improve product issues Compensation Monthly compensation is USD $1,500–$2,200 depending on FlutterFlow experience, product design capability, technical proficiency, AI capability, and overall fit. Performance incentives may also be available based on successful feature delivery, product quality, UI/UX excellence, development velocity, AI workflow improvement, collaboration, and customer experience impact.
