Founder’s Associate / Startup Operations Manager

I’m looking for a proactive, organized professional to support me with founder’s associate responsibilities, startup operations, research, project management etc The ideal candidate has: Product or project management experience Experience working with startups or founders Some technical knowledge A consulting or client-facing background A strong practical understanding of AI tools Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Responsibilities may include managing projects and priorities, conducting research, creating processes and documentation, preparing business materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying ways to use AI to improve productivity and operations. You should be comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity, learning new tools, and taking ownership from start to finish.
