Founder Story Video Editor / Premium Documentary-Style Brand Film

I’m looking for a talented video editor to turn existing footage into a professional 5–8 minute founder story / brand film for our company website. The footage has already been shot in 4K on an iPhone 15 Pro Max and includes: Two longer founder interviews filmed in different settings Additional shorter answers and takes B-roll of Vancouver, working at a computer, terrace/lifestyle shots, etc. Company website and product screens that can be incorporated The main challenge is storytelling and selection. I need someone who can review the material, identify the strongest moments and build them into one compelling, authentic founder story. Style I am NOT looking for a typical YouTube edit with constant jump cuts, animated captions or unnecessary effects. The desired style is: Premium. Authentic. Intelligent. Cinematic. Understated. Think more short documentary / high-quality founder film than promotional corporate video. Scope The editor should be comfortable with: Selecting the strongest interview material Creating a clear narrative and emotional arc Professional pacing and cuts Integrating B-roll naturally Subtle zooms/punch-ins where appropriate Color correction and grading Balancing footage shot in different lighting/settings Audio cleanup and leveling Tasteful background music Incorporating selected website/product screens Final professional 4K export The footage is already recorded. No filming is required. What matters most I care much more about taste, storytelling and judgment than flashy effects.
