Founding AI Assistant Coordinator Build & Coordinate an AI-Powered VA Team

We're hiring a Founding AI Assistant Coordinator the operational bridge between recruiting and execution. This is not a traditional assistant role. You'll build and coordinate a team of AI-assisted virtual assistants, making each of them dramatically more productive, and help our operation run with minimal founder involvement. This role is expected to grow into a broader leadership position as we expand. What you'll do: Coordinate multiple virtual assistants, assign and prioritize work, track progress, remove blockers, balance workloads. Help every assistant become more productive using AI tools. Build SOPs, improve onboarding, and continuously improve workflows. Review work for quality before it reaches leadership. We're looking for someone who: Already excels as a virtual assistant and is highly organized. Uses ChatGPT or other AI tools daily and has changed how they work because of them. Takes ownership without being asked and thinks proactively, not reactively. Enjoys helping other people succeed and wants to grow into leadership. We're hiring for potential and ownership, not years of management experience. Compensation: $5–8/hr to start, with performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
