Founding Growth Marketer (AI SaaS)

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to help grow an AI-powered SaaS from its first paying customers to product-market fit. This is a hands-on execution role. We’re looking for someone who has successfully helped a consumer SaaS acquire paying users through low-cost, scalable growth strategies. Requirements Proven experience growing a SaaS product from zero to paying customers. Strong understanding of creator and influencer marketing. Experience with affiliate programs and referral marketing. Data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs. Excellent communication and outreach skills. Able to work independently and take ownership. Nice to Have Experience growing AI or career-related SaaS products. Experience using tools such as Rewardful, Stripe, Meta Creator Marketplace, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar growth tools. Success looks like: Within the first 90 days, you will have: Built a pipeline of qualified creators. Successfully onboarded high-quality creators. Helped generate paying subscribers. Secured speaking opportunities aligned with our target audience. Established repeatable growth processes that can scale. Candidates with demonstrated experience growing an early-stage SaaS (0 to first paying customers or early traction) will be given strong preference. We're looking for long-term collaboration. While the initial engagement is part-time, there is an opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company scales. Hourly rate: US$8–25/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated SaaS growth results. When applying, please answer these four questions: Tell us about one SaaS product you helped grow.
