The platform is currently in its pre-launch development stage. Further information about the company, brand and launch plans will be shared with shortlisted applicants. We are seeking instructors across: * Yoga * Pilates * Fitness and movement * Meditation * Mindfulness * Breathwork Applicants may be based anywhere in the world, provided they can deliver clear, confident and engaging instruction in English for a global audience. Become a Founding Instructor Partner Selected instructors will help create premium classes, structured programmes and guided wellbeing experiences for a new digital platform. We believe instructors should be fairly compensated for their expertise, preparation and creative contribution. The company will manage and fund the complete end-to-end production process, including: * Premium professional filming * Studio or location hire * Professional photography * Videography and sound production * Editing and post-production * Promotional photography and video assets * Paid advertising and marketing * Platform hosting * International distribution You focus on delivering an exceptional member experience. Our production and marketing teams will take care of filming, editing, promotion and distribution. What Founding Instructor Partners Receive Content Creation and Shoot Fee A guaranteed upfront fee covering agreed preparation, programme planning and shoot-day participation. Fees will be agreed individually and will reflect experience, qualifications, specialist expertise, preparation requirements and the nature of the commissioned programme. Personal Media Portfolio Kit Selected high-resolution photographs and professionally edited video clips for use across your personal website, professional portfolio and social-media channels. Subscriber Referral Commission Earn commission from eligible paying members introduced through your unique referral link or promotional code. Instructor Revenue Pool Participate in an Instructor Revenue Pool equal to 10% of eligible subscription revenue, with payments linked to genuine member engagement and content performance. Non-Exclusive Partnership Continue teaching classes, developing your personal brand and working on independent projects outside the platform. International Exposure and Growth Benefit from professional promotion, international distribution, quarterly performance reviews, repeat content commissions and opportunities to grow alongside an emerging global wellbeing brand. Subscriber Referral Commission Instructor Partners can earn commission from eligible paying subscribers introduced through their unique referral link or code. Active paying subscribers referred Commission 1–99 10% 100–249 12.5% 250–499 15% 500–999 17.5% 1,000+ 20% Commission will ordinarily apply during each referred subscriber’s first 12 paid months, subject to the Instructor Partner Programme terms. Instructor Revenue Pool Eligible Instructor Partners will participate in a pool equal to 10% of eligible subscription revenue: * 8% Engagement Pool: Rewarding qualified watch time, completion rates, repeat member use and meaningful engagement. * 1% New Instructor Pool: Supporting new Instructor Partners as they establish their presence on the platform. * 1% Excellence Pool: Recognising exceptional content quality, positive member feedback and community impact. Revenue Pool payments are performance-based and are paid separately from shoot fees and referral commission. International Filming Applications are welcome from instructors based worldwide. Depending on the instructor’s location and the programme being commissioned, filming may take place: * At a selected regional production location * At an approved studio near the instructor * Through an approved local production team Content Rights and Instructor Protection The company will invest in the full production, advertising and international distribution of commissioned content. Commissioned Content All commissioned video recordings, photography, raw footage, master files and production assets created for the platform will be owned by the company once the agreed fees have been paid. Instructor Portfolio Rights Instructor Partners will receive a royalty-free licence to use selected and approved photographs and short video clips for their personal website, professional portfolio and organic social-media promotion. Your Intellectual Property You will retain ownership of your: * Personal brand * Professional qualifications * General teaching knowledge * Teaching style and methodology * Existing programmes * Independently created content * Non-platform projects AI Protection Guarantee The company will not create an artificial-intelligence replica of your face, voice or likeness without your explicit consent and a separate written agreement. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking instructors who are: * Professionally qualified or appropriately experienced * Able to teach clearly and confidently in English * Warm, authentic and engaging on camera * Inclusive and member-focused * Reliable, collaborative and communicative * Passionate about movement and wellbeing * Able to deliver safe, responsible and high-quality instruction * Interested in developing a long-term commercial partnership We welcome applications from both emerging instructors looking to build their international presence and established professionals with active communities. A large social-media following is not essential. Teaching ability, authenticity, professionalism and on-camera presence will be central to the selection process. The company name, brand identity and further commercial information will be disclosed to shortlisted applicants. Applicants may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving sensitive pre-launch information.
