Founding seat for an organisational psychologist or performance scientist at a new tech consultancy

We are a tech advisory consultancy building our founding team. We help software engineering organisations improve delivery performance, combining delivery data from tools like GitHub and Jira with a structured read of how people and teams actually work under pressure. THE SEAT This seat owns the human layer of that method. It is a role for a specialist: an organisational psychologist, behavioural scientist or performance scientist with 8 or more years of applied experience. The work: - Designing and running structured interviews and organisational questionnaires - Reading signals like cognitive overload, decision fatigue, motivation and trust across teams - Turning qualitative findings into conclusions an executive board takes as seriously as the hard delivery data YOUR BACKGROUND - Organisational psychology consulting, people analytics, human factors, or performance science from elite sport or other high pressure environments - Experience in or around technology organisations is a strong plus - Chartered or equivalent credentials are welcome, but applied judgement matters more WHAT WE OFFER - A founding team position, visible on our website and LinkedIn company page - Paid engagement work as client projects convert, at rates agreed individually before anything is signed - A transparent first step: a short call, then a small paid task (fixed price, about an hour) ending in a live walkthrough THE MARKET The market we serve is moving quickly because of AI, and the pressure that puts on engineering teams is exactly what this seat addresses.
