Fractional FP&A Advisory

Title: Fractional FP&A Advisor for Multi-Specialty Polyclinic (Saudi Arabia) – Remote, Monthly Retainer Overview: On behalf of Maven Investment Partners, we are hiring for one of our clients, who operates a multi-specialty polyclinic in Saudi Arabia. We're looking for an experienced fractional FP&A resource to support the business on a remote advisory basis. This is a fixed monthly retainer engagement, and work may be conducted in both Arabic and English. Scope of Work: 1. Audit the monthly P&L, operating expenses, and doctor commission models to identify profit leaks. 2. Analyze unit margins across all medical specialties (OB/GYN, Dental, ER, Dermatology, etc.). 3. Help build a data-backed capacity model to address off-peak scheduling gaps and support profit scaling. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience with healthcare/clinic FP&A engagements, ideally in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC - Strong financial modeling and margin analysis skills - Comfortable working remotely and independently with a client's finance team - Arabic and English proficiency - To be located in Saudi Arabia, GCC region or any nearby countries To Apply: Please share your relevant experience and your proposed monthly retainer quotation, along with any assumptions or exclusions.
