Fractional Business Developer - Freelancer. Tech and Gaming

We're a multi-disciplinary studio offering two core service lines: game development/creative direction for publishers and studios, and AI augmentation/agency services for businesses looking to integrate AI into their operations. We're seeking a Business Development Consultant to help identify and open conversations with potential clients and partners across both verticals. This is a part-time, flexible-capacity engagement — ideal for someone with an existing network in either gaming (publishers, studios, platforms) or AI/tech services (businesses seeking AI integration or automation). What you'll do: Identify and research potential clients/partners across gaming and AI services Conduct outreach and relationship-building with prospects Schedule and help prepare qualified introductory meetings Track and report on pipeline activity What we're looking for: Prior BD/sales experience — gaming, AI/tech services, or both Existing network in publishing/gaming, or AI/enterprise tech (strongly preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, comfortable working with minimal oversight Compensation structure: Fixed milestone-based engagement — a fee is paid per qualified introduction resulting in a signed deal. Rates are per successful outcome, not hourly. Details discussed with shortlisted candidates.
