Fractional COO / Business Operations Advisor We’re looking for an experienced Fractional COO / Business Operations Advisor to work directly with our founder once a week and help build a scalable, management-driven organization. This is a strategic advisory role, not a day-to-day management position. We need someone who has firsthand experience taking a small, founder-led business and building structure, accountability, management systems, and repeatable processes. Responsibilities Advise the founder on organizational structure and business operations Develop KPIs, accountability systems, and management processes Improve delegation and reduce founder dependency Help establish clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures Advise on hiring strategy and development of department leaders Improve sales operations, workflows, and internal processes Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions Help implement SOPs, management rhythms, and performance tracking Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a COO, operations leader, business consultant, or similar Experience scaling a small/founder-led company Strong understanding of KPIs, accountability, delegation, and organizational design Experience working directly with founders/CEOs Strong strategic thinking and practical problem-solving skills Able to challenge assumptions and provide honest, actionable advice Engagement: Fractional / Part-time Founder Meeting: 1x per week Focus: Strategy, systems, structure, accountability, and scalability
