Fractional COO (Venture Studio) - Operations & Process Scaling - Spanish Speaking

We are a Venture Studio developing and managing a portfolio of digital businesses and technology ventures. We are seeking a practical, highly organized Fractional COO (Chief Operating Officer) to streamline studio operations, establish operating rhythms, and scale portfolio workflows. You will partner with our studio founders to transform strategic goals into efficient operational processes, manage cross-functional execution, implement SOPs, and automate routine tasks. What You Will Do: - Build and maintain studio operating rhythms, team accountability structures, and weekly KPI scorecards. - Map, standardize, and document operational SOPs across portfolio ventures. - Optimize project management systems (Notion, ClickUp, Asana) and communication workflows. - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation tools (Make, n8n, AI assistants) to streamline execution. - Oversee freelancer management, resource allocation, and quality control across studio projects. What We Look For: - Proven track record as a Fractional COO, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Manager in venture studios, agencies, or multi-project startups. - Deep familiarity with modern operations tools, workflow automation, and async management. - Exceptional organizational skills, pragmatic problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Spanish language fluency is required for internal team collaboration.
