## Fractional Chief Creative Officer – Project-Based **EscapeSquid™ | Remote | Upwork | $125/hour** EscapeSquid™ is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to provide creative leadership for our growing entertainment, hospitality, gaming, and event platform. ### Responsibilities * Develop creative concepts for EscapeSquid™ experiences, challenges, and tournaments. * Help shape youth, family, educational, and interactive programming. * Develop concepts for destination-event activations. * Support brand storytelling and customer experience. * Collaborate with executive, technology, event, and partnership teams. * Translate new partnership opportunities into executable creative concepts. ### Engagement Structure This is a fractional, project-based engagement through Upwork at $125–$165/hour, depending on the scope and complexity of each milestone. EscapeSquid™ will provide a short abstract for each proposed milestone. The CCO will review the scope, recommend the creative approach, estimate the required hours, and agree on the milestone budget before work begins. We are looking for a creative leader who can combine entertainment, experiential design, education, events, and emerging technology into compelling consumer experiences.
