Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

# Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) LUNARTECH is looking for an experienced **Fractional CTO** to work with our engineering and leadership teams on the continued development and scaling of Octavia, our AI-powered voice, dubbing, and localization platform. The Fractional CTO will help oversee technical strategy, architecture, infrastructure, engineering processes, deployment, scalability, reliability, and the evolution of Octavia's AI systems. We are looking for someone with strong experience designing and operating production-grade technology platforms, ideally across **AI/ML, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, video/audio processing, or generative AI**. You will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to review the existing architecture, identify technical risks and bottlenecks, establish engineering priorities, improve deployment and DevOps practices, evaluate infrastructure costs, and design systems capable of supporting significantly larger workloads and enterprise customers. The role will also involve technical leadership around AI model integration, APIs, GPU infrastructure, security, observability, data architecture, engineering hiring, and long-term technology planning. This is a **fractional leadership position** rather than a conventional full-time engineering role. We are looking for someone capable of moving between architecture-level decisions and practical execution while helping the engineering organization establish the systems and standards required for the next stage of growth.
