Fractional Head of Growth (Venture Studio) - Spanish Speaking

We are a fast-growing Venture Studio building and scaling multiple digital ventures, B2B SaaS platforms, and digital products. We are looking for an experienced Fractional Head of Growth to design, test, and scale acquisition channels across our studio portfolio. In this role, you will work directly with our leadership team to build high-converting growth funnels, test paid and organic acquisition strategies, optimize conversion rates, and build scalable growth engines. What You Will Do: - Design and execute data-driven acquisition strategies across portfolio ventures. - Test and scale paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn), cold outreach, and organic channels. - Build conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on landing pages and onboarding flows. - Implement marketing analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, CRM tracking) to track CAC, LTV, and ROI. - Coordinate with founders, copywriters, and developers to deploy growth experiments quickly. What We Look For: - Proven experience as a Head of Growth, Growth Marketer, or Performance Lead in startups, venture studios, or digital agencies. - Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition, email/outreach systems, landing page builders, and analytics tools. - Strong analytical mindset focused on unit economics, acquisition cost reduction, and scalable funnels. - Spanish language fluency is required for internal team collaboration, though the job post and reporting are in English.
