Fractional Operations Integrator for Growing Multi-Location Company (Part Time, Long Term)

About Us: We are a growing salon company in San Rafael, California, 35 years in the community, 4.9 stars on Google, expanding to multiple locations. Over the past two months we built our full operating system: daily reports, a weekly scoreboard, ClickUp workflows, SOPs, a training loop, and a team of specialist contractors across CRM, funnels, ads, social, and recruiting. Now we need the person who runs that machine every day so the CEO can build the company. How We Work: We run on five core values and we hire for them: Own the Result. You operate our systems, keep every open item moving, and make sure the CEO hears about exceptions, not routine. You are not building new systems from scratch, you are running the ones that exist and making them better through the front door: run them as documented, then bring evidence-backed recommendations. Reports directly to the CEO. What You'll Do Read every team member's daily report each morning and send the CEO one exception message by 9 AM Pacific: all green, or what needs attention and what you already did about it Own the weekly scoreboard: chase every lane to fill their numbers by Friday, reconcile against source systems, deliver the summary with a three-line read Keep ClickUp clean: every task has an owner, due date, and status, and nothing goes stale without being chased the same day Oversee our training log and review system, coordinate contractor onboarding, and manage vendor follow-ups Run one 20-minute weekly team sync using the scoreboard as the agenda, publish notes and action items, track them to completion Deliver a written Systems Review at day 30 and every 90 days: what is working, what is not, what you recommend changing and why What We're Looking For 2+ years running operations, project coordination, or chief-of-staff work for a founder or small business Fluent in ClickUp (or Asana, Monday, similar), Slack, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning our stack (GoHighLevel, Boulevard) Relentless follow-through: you are the person who asks "where is this" so the CEO never has to Proactive written communication, bad news travels fast, questions travel faster Available 15 to 20 hours per week with a daily 2-hour window between 8 AM and 12 PM Pacific Compensation $1,500 to 2,500/month flat retainer, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, 30 day mutual trial with clear targets, 90 day review.
