We need a part-time sales and growth lead to help convert our engaged social audience into paying Kickstarter backers and customers. The role will focus on building outreach and direct message strategies that turn interest and votes into actual pledges and pre-order sales. You should be able to improve conversion from already healthy organic engagement, strengthen campaign messaging, and support ongoing growth efforts.
