Fractional Startup Builder & No-Code Product Manager (Circular Economy SaaS)

We are launching a B2B Circular Economy platform. Our mission is to collect recyclable waste from factories and institutions, pay them market rates, and provide them with a digital ESG dashboard, "Green Points," and verifiable "Zero-Waste" certificates. We then sell this tracked waste to recycling plants. We are looking for a Fractional Startup Builder / No-Code Product Manager to help us build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product), design the operational playbook, and launch the business. Your Responsibilities: No-Code MVP Build: Build our core web dashboard and mobile scanning app using tools like Bubble.io, FlutterFlow, WeWeb, or Softr + Xano. Feature Development: Client Dashboard (Track waste volume, Green Points ledger, Carbon offset metrics). Automated Digital Certificate Generation (e.g., using PDFMonkey or Documint). Mobile App for our field teams to scan QR codes, log weights, and sync data. EPR Compliance Module & DoE Auto-Reporting.” The dashboard must allow users to set their annual EPR targets (e.g., 50 Tons). The system should show a live progress bar (e.g., “32/50 Tons Collected”) and automatically generate government-mandated PDF reports for the Department of Environment. EPR Credit Ledger.” A wallet system where companies can view, buy, or sell surplus EPR credits to other verified companies on the platform. Operational Playbook: Help us design the standard operating procedure (SOP) for how we will physically collect, weigh, and verify the waste using the software. Tech Stack Integration: Integrate basic APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API for notifications, local payment gateways/bKash for payouts). Requirements: Proven experience building B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or logistics apps using No-Code/Low-Code tools. Experience with dynamic PDF generation (for digital certificates) and QR code generation/scanning. Ability to work as a strategic partner, not just a coder.
