2D Frame-by-Frame Animator for 40s Silent Short (Hand-Drawn Sketch Style)

I'm looking for a 2D animator to create a 30 to 50 second silent short film for a mobile app brand. The concept Two strangers in a public space notice each other. There's mutual interest, clearly visible to the audience. Neither one speaks. The whole piece lives in glances, hesitation, small movements toward and away, and the moment passing. No dialogue, no voiceover, no text on screen. Everything is carried by body language and timing. Then the guy decides to go back and talk to her. Think of it as a pantomime. The emotional beat is recognition and missed opportunity, not comedy or romance payoff. Style Hand-drawn, sketchy, loose ink-on-paper look. Visible construction lines, rough hatching, faceless or minimally featured characters. Lined notebook paper texture as the background is welcome. The imperfection is intentional.
