Framer Developer Needed – Two Website Builds + One Landing Page We are looking for an experienced Framer developer/designer to build two professional business websites and one simple landing page. We plan to use existing Framer templates as the starting point rather than designing the sites completely from scratch. We will provide the templates, branding, content, photographs, and overall direction. We need someone who is very comfortable working in Framer, has good design judgment, can customize templates beyond simply replacing text and images, and can deliver polished, responsive, production-ready websites. 1. High Note Technologies High Note Technologies is a California C-10 licensed electrical contracting company. Our capabilities include commercial and industrial electrical contracting, electrical infrastructure and power distribution, low-voltage and communications, EV charging infrastructure, solar, battery storage, distributed energy resources, and related electrical services. We will provide fresh content, project photography, company information, certifications, logos, and other materials for the site. The developer will take the selected Framer template and customize it to create a professional website that reflects our company, capabilities, and project experience. 2. CPR Essentials CPR Essentials is an established CPR, First Aid, and safety training company. We want to replace the existing website with a modern Framer-based site using a selected template as the starting point. We will provide the necessary business information, content, branding, and direction. The developer will be responsible for implementing the new design, organizing the content effectively, and making the site easy for customers to navigate and take the appropriate next steps. Any required registration, scheduling, payment, or third-party integrations will be identified as we finalize the build. 3. Park Yourself Park Yourself will be a simple one-page Framer landing page intended to maintain an established professional web presence. The scope is intentionally limited to a landing page, but the finished page should still be polished, professional, responsive, and consistent with the quality of the other sites. Scope of Work The selected developer should be able to: * Work from existing Framer templates * Customize templates to our branding and requirements * Build and format all required pages and sections * Add provided copy, photographs, logos, and other content * Create polished desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts * Configure navigation, buttons, forms, and links * Set up basic on-page SEO * Optimize images and general site performance * Configure basic Framer CMS functionality where appropriate * Connect domains and assist with launch * Complete final revisions and testing before launch We are not looking for custom coding or ground-up website design. The objective is to use strong existing Framer templates and customize them efficiently into professional finished websites. Qualifications Strong hands-on Framer experience is the primary requirement.
