FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, VoIP, Predictive Dialer development and further improvement
Worldwide
FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, VoIP and predictive dialing are the core of this outbound call center platform, and this engagement is about making its dialer behave correctly at scale. The team will uncap the pacing engine so it can place multiple lines per agent, add proper ring-cancel and surplus-leg disposal across all four carriers, make abandon-rate measurement honest at the greeting boundary, and fix the agent-readiness signal so the pacer never dials for an agent who cannot take a call. The work also covers CI with a tested rollback, load and scale runs, lead-quality signals feeding the pacer, and security and operational hardening. Delivery is in two phases: an Alpha running on live call agents first, then production-ready.
