Freelance Affiliate Partnerships Manager Remote | Flexible Hours | Performance-Based Earnings | Ongoing Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Freelance Affiliate Partnerships Manager to help grow the affiliate programmes for two established online education and career development websites: PassMyInterview.com How2Become.com Both websites sell online training, digital products and career development resources to customers worldwide. We already have established affiliate programmes in place. Your role will be to identify, approach and recruit high-quality new affiliates who can introduce our products to relevant audiences. The Role Your primary responsibility will be to grow a network of productive affiliates across both businesses. You will: • Research and identify suitable potential affiliates, including content creators, websites, bloggers, career coaches, recruitment professionals, education businesses, influencers and other relevant partners. • Contact prospective affiliates through appropriate channels such as email, LinkedIn and social media. • Explain the benefits of joining our affiliate programmes and encourage suitable partners to apply. • Help new affiliates understand how the programmes work and how best to promote our products. • Build positive, professional relationships with the affiliates you recruit. • Encourage affiliates to remain active and identify opportunities to help them generate more referrals. • Maintain clear records of prospects, conversations, recruited affiliates and results. • Provide regular updates on outreach activity, new affiliates recruited and affiliate performance. • Use only approved information, promotional materials, claims and commercial terms when representing our businesses. • Conduct all outreach professionally and in accordance with applicable data protection, direct marketing and platform rules. How You Will Earn This is a freelance, performance-based role rather than a salaried position. You will receive an agreed percentage of the affiliate commissions generated by affiliates you personally recruit into our programmes. This means your earning potential can grow as you build a larger network of successful affiliates. Many of our products also generate recurring subscription revenue. Where applicable and subject to the agreed commission terms, this provides the opportunity to earn recurring income from successful affiliates you have recruited. The exact commission structure will be agreed with the successful candidate based on experience. Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in someone with experience in one or more of the following: Affiliate marketing, partnership development, business development, influencer outreach, digital marketing, lead generation or online sales. You should be: • Confident approaching and building relationships with new partners. • Comfortable researching potential affiliates and identifying good commercial opportunities. • A strong written communicator. • Professional and trustworthy when representing established brands. • Self-motivated and able to work remotely without constant supervision. • Commercially focused and interested in recruiting affiliates who will actually generate sales, rather than simply maximising registration numbers. • Comfortable working within agreed processes and keeping accurate records. Previous experience managing or recruiting affiliates would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of AffiliateWP, WordPress or WooCommerce would be useful but is not essential. Important This is an independent freelance contractor opportunity. The successful candidate will operate through our approved affiliate systems and processes. WordPress administrator access is not required for the role. You will not be authorised to change affiliate rates, offer discounts, agree commercial arrangements, make commitments on behalf of either business or otherwise bind the businesses without prior written approval. The successful applicant will be required to enter into a freelance agreement covering confidentiality, data protection, permitted outreach methods, intellectual property, commission eligibility and other appropriate commercial terms.
