Freelance Cold Email VA for ReachInbox (Lead Generation & Campaign Management)

Job Description: We are a growing SaaS and outbound infrastructure company looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Cold Email VA to help manage our ReachInbox cold email accounts and outbound campaigns. You will assist with campaign setup, list uploads, inbox monitoring, and basic deliverability hygiene to support our outbound lead generation efforts. Experience with cold email platforms and outbound workflows is highly valued. Responsibilities: • Monitor campaign performance and reply inboxes • Send follow ups and rate the responses (positive, interested, not now, etc.) • Ensure campaigns are running smoothly and prospects receive timely responses from you Requirements: • Previous experience working with ReachInbox or other cold email sequencers. • Understanding of cold email best practices and reply basics • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow structured workflows and campaign processes • High level of written English for basic reply handling Nice to Have: • Experience supporting B2B outbound or lead generation agencies • Understanding of email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, warmup, etc.) • Experience with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead scraping tools Engagement Details: • Freelance / contractor role • Remote work • Estimated workload: 5–15 hours per week • Long-term collaboration preferred If you have experience managing cold email campaigns or supporting outbound teams, please include examples of tools you've used and the type of campaigns you’ve supported.
