Freelance Content Assistant (Copy, SoMe, Email, etc.)

Freelance role - fixed monthly retainer - $2000 / month We are looking for a content freelancer to run our always-on content - writing it and getting it published on time, in a voice that's unmistakably "Neurons." Monthly deliverables - 10-13 short LinkedIn posts - punchy, platform-specific, written and scheduled - 2 newsletters - drafted, curated, and published in HubSpot and LinkedIn - 1-2 additional emails and other marketing communications - as campaigns require - 2-3 blog articles, customer cases, or landing pages - published in Webflow - 1 feature release comms package - in-app announcement (Userflow) and a supporting blog post, published in HubSpot and Webflow - 2-3 live sessions (3-6 hours total/month) - ideation, concept building, alignment, and content planning For blogs and social posts, you'll source your own visuals using our design resources and systems. You'll also pitch in on video scripts, SEO content, and ad hoc copy as it comes up. Requirements - Consistently produce high-quality copy (samples required) - Publish newsletters in HubSpot and blogs in Webflow - Run and adhere to content calendars independently - Available for back-and-forth on Slack at least 2 days a week, plus live sessions (some overlap with CET working hours needed) To apply In your Upwork proposal, please include: - 2-3 writing samples - ideally a newsletter, a LinkedIn post, and a blog article or landing page (links or attachments) - A short intro - 2-3 sentences on your most relevant experience (no generic cover letters) - A rough estimate of how much time it would take you to complete all of the monthly deliverables We'll shortlist based on writing samples first, then invite top candidates to a short paid test task.
