Freelance UX Designer Needed for B2C SaaS Onboarding Feature

We are looking for an experienced UX designer to help design a new onboarding and account setup experience for an existing B2C SaaS application. The goal is to create a simple, engaging onboarding flow that helps new users quickly understand the product, complete account setup, and reach their first meaningful action with minimal friction. Scope of Work You will work with our team to: *Review the existing application, product requirements, and current user journey *Identify friction points and opportunities to improve activation *Design the end-to-end onboarding and account setup experience *Create user flows, wireframes, and polished interface designs *Design relevant states, including errors, loading states, confirmations, and skipped steps *Ensure the new experience works well across desktop and mobile *Incorporate stakeholder and developer feedback *Prepare organized, development-ready Figma files Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: *Has experience designing consumer-facing SaaS products *Has designed onboarding, signup, account setup, or activation flows *Understands consumer behavior, conversion, retention, and user motivation *Can simplify complex processes into clear, intuitive steps *Produces visually polished and practical designs *Understands responsive web and mobile design *Communicates clearly and can explain the reasoning behind design decisions *Is comfortable working within an existing product and design system *Experience with usability testing, onboarding experiments, product analytics, or conversion optimization is a plus.
