Freelance Designer for Signs & Wraps

I run a solo-operated Signs & Vehicle Wraps business in Oregon, USA, and need a reliable, long-term freelance designer to create client mockups and production files on a per-project basis. You should be fluent in Spanish to communicate with me and have strong English to understand client logos and text. Experience with large-format printing, commercial signs, and vehicle wraps using templates is important. I will provide dimensions, logos, and design ideas for each job.
