🔍 Freelance Finance Auditor for P&L, Supplier bills, Invoicing, and Bank Reconciliation (Silent/Independent Role) Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Finance Auditor to independently review and verify our financials for the year 2025. This is a silent auditing role, conducted independently and without interaction with our current team, to maintain objectivity and anonymity. Scope of Work: Thoroughly audit our Profit & Loss reports for accuracy. Cross-check and reconcile income between our revenue reports and bank statements. Review expenses and ensure they are properly supported with invoices. Identify and flag any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or anomalies. Provide a clear and concise summary of errors or inconsistencies found. Offer recommendations to streamline and improve financial tracking systems, if applicable. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in financial auditing, accounting, or bookkeeping. Strong understanding of P&L, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. High level of efficiency, clarity, and precision. Ability to work autonomously and confidentially. Detail-driven, analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills. Familiarity with common financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.). Additional Details: This is a one-time project focused on the year 2025. Potential for additional audits covering previous years depending on performance. Strictly independent role – no direct communication with current team members. Discretion and integrity are key.
