Freelance Graphic Designer — Print Rack Card for Functional Medical Practice

We're a functional medicine clinic looking for a talented print designer to create one rack card (4x9", double-sided) promoting our 12 Week Energy, Hormone & Metabolism Reset program. We need a design that grabs attention and reflects a premium, trustworthy brand — not a clinical, sterile one. About us: Monarch Functional Medicine is a cash-pay functional medicine practice in Marquette, MI, serving women and men (but primarily women) aged 35-60 who deal with hormone, thyroid, adrenal, and gut health issues — especially women who've been told their labs are "normal" but know something's off. Or feel stuck and don't know where to go. Logo and brand assets will be provided. About the program: The 12 Week Energy, Hormone & Metabolism Reset is our flagship foundational program helping clients reclaim their energy, identify hormonal imbalances, and reset their metabolism through root-cause functional medicine — not another fad diet or quick fix. What we need: Front side: A strong hook/headline built around the 12 Week Reset, plus 2-3 supporting points on what makes the program different (root-cause approach, not symptom management); bloodwork and genetic testing for specific objective data to help support and connect to subjective concerns.
