Freelance Marketing & Outreach Sportswear Brand

HammerHead Sportswear is a growing UK sportswear brand with its own identity, designing and supplying premium performance wear. Alongside our HammerHead range, we create bespoke custom apparel for gyms, clubs, businesses, and organizations. While we work across multiple sports, our main growth focus is in MMA and combat sports. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and driven freelancer to join our journey. This hybrid role blends social media management, digital marketing, and business development. You'll manage and grow our presence across social platforms, planning and scheduling posts, writing engaging captions, replying to messages, and helping build our online community. You'll also help create or edit simple content from the images and videos we provide and suggest ideas to increase engagement. Just as importantly, you'll help grow the business through proactive outreach, identifying potential gyms, clubs, athletes, and organizations, making contact via email and social media, building relationships, and generating opportunities for both custom teamwear and our own product range. We're looking for someone organized, self-motivated, comfortable communicating with people. Experience in social media, marketing, sales, or business development is a strong advantage, and an interest in sport generically or combat sports is a big plus. This isn't just another freelance gig. We want someone who wants to help build something and grow with us.
