Freelance / Project-Based Developer for Case Study Development & Database

Hi there. We are a specialty infrastructure and construction services company. We have been in business for over 30+ years doing projects in specialty foundation, excavation, environmental and civil infrastructure services. During that time, we have completed thousands of jobs/projects across our two main operating companies. Project Summary Goals: Our team would identify the best projects (of the 5,000+ that have been completed over the past 30+ years) that we would like to have converted to new 1-page pdf summaries (I'm guessing we select maybe around 100-200?) We would like to have access to an AI tool that would allow someone to enter in specific data points from an old (or new - on a go forward basis) project and have it spit out a 1-page pdf project summary The project summaries (which are used for marketing) should all follow a standardized format in content, layout, information and messaging so they all look consistent Project summaries should include fields to upload: - Name of project - Location of project - Budget for project - Client (logo and/or client name) - area to include an intro paragraph describing the project - area to add 5-10 bullet points on specific "highlights" of the project - ability to include 2 or 3 pictures of the project Once someone enters the data into a submission form, it would: - Preview the summary for them to review and make final edits - Email them a pdf version of the summary for use - File the summary in a Project Summary database that is searchable by key terms, end markets, service offering, etc. Importance of being searchable: - These summaries are attached to Tenders when trying to win new business - Project managers want a quick way to find the most relevant projects that have been completed that they can use in their sales/marketing efforts - To make this useful and accurate, person filling out the form would need to check certain categories or tags that would help identify the project appropriately Ultimate end goal is to: - Provide a streamline and efficient way for us to convert old projects into pdf case studies - Provide an easy and efficient way for someone in the field that has just completed a project to fill out an easy to use form and have it create a case study for them on the spot - Have a database of projects that is easily searchable For context on how we will likely create and organize projects, see the list below.
