Freelance Videographer – Maine Pediatric Healthcare Marketing Project

We're looking for an experienced freelance videographer based in or near Maine to capture authentic, high-quality marketing content at pediatric therapy clinics. The project will require travel to clinics the week of August 24th - 28th, exact dates and times are TBD. Work would take place in the Bangor and Portland, Maine vicinities, and travel costs should be included in your proposal. Our goal is to capture authentic, high-quality marketing content that can be used across our website, social media, sales materials, and other brand campaigns. We're looking for someone with experience filming: Corporate or brand marketing content Customer testimonials Documentary-style B-roll Healthcare, education, or family-focused environments (preferred) During production, we'll be capturing: B-roll of clinic environments and therapy sessions Practitioner and clinic owner testimonials Practitioners using our app with children Natural interactions throughout the day Still photography suitable for marketing and promotional use Because we'll be filming in active pediatric clinics, we're looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and comfortable working around children and families while remaining as unobtrusive as possible. We want the footage to feel authentic—not staged. Requirements Professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment Ability to capture video in 4K Experience conducting and filming interviews Ability and willingness to travel to filming locations in the Bangor and Portland, Maine vicinities Delivery of: All raw video footage Edited video assets (final deliverables to be agreed upon before the project begins) High-resolution edited still photographs from the shoot Project Scope Multi-day onsite video production at pediatric therapy clinics in Maine Professional camera, audio, lighting, and production equipment Travel between filming locations, as required Post-Production & Deliverables Editing of all captured testimonial interviews into polished, finished videos A master library of high-resolution B-roll footage suitable for future marketing use A collection of high-resolution still photographs for use across social media, website, print, and other marketing materials Organization and delivery of all final assets in a digital file package Social Media Optimization Each finalized testimonial should be delivered in formats optimized for major social media platforms, including appropriate aspect ratios and export settings for web and social distribution.
