Freight Industry Cold Caller — Uncapped Commission (Trucking Experience Required)

We're growing fast and need cold callers who actually know trucking. This is not a "learn any industry" job. If you don't know what a deadhead is, this isn't for you. What you'll earn: $100 per carrier close $150 per dispatcher close $250-$600 for fleet-tier closes $35 bonus for every close made by an agent you recruit No cap. No ceiling. The more you dial, the more you make. What you'll do: Cold call owner-operators and fleet owners from an assigned lead list Use our custom portal to score live loads during the call (training provided) Track dispositions and close deals on the phone What you need: 2+ years in trucking, freight, dispatch, or motor carrier operations — real experience, not "I can learn it" Your own dialer (Google Voice, OpenPhone, etc.) Available 6am-9am CT and 4pm-6pm CT — that's when drivers pick up 50 dials per day minimum Fluent English — you're talking to truckers, not tech execs Why this works: Our tool scores loads live on the call. The number does the selling. You're not reading a pitch — you're showing a carrier how much money they're leaving on the table. It closes itself. $50 milestone to start, full commission on every close after. The right person will make that back in their first week.
