SFam Logistics is a Washington-based freight brokerage founded by someone who comes from the trucking side — we know freight from the ground up. We move dry van and refrigerated freight nationwide, and we're building our shipper base. We're looking for someone who can help us grow. What you'll do: Cold-call shippers, introduce SFam, gather their shipping lanes, and get them to send us a quote and update our CRM . You focus on the phone — our team handles the freight behind you. What we're looking for: Comfortable making outbound calls and handling "no." Clear, professional spoken English. Self-motivated. Sales or phone experience preferred — we'll teach the freight side. Your own computer and internet. Based in Washington. Pay: Monthly retainer (guaranteed floor) PLUS uncapped commission on every shipper you bring in. The more you land, the more you earn — no cap. Strong performers can grow into a full-time employee role.
