French Native AI Video Editor – Meta Ads / UGC / DTC

We are looking for a French-speaking AI Video Editor to work long term with our DTC supplement brand. Our primary market is France, so we specifically need an editor who understands French and can independently identify issues with subtitles, voiceovers, on-screen text and overall creative execution. The objective is to produce high-performing direct-response ads for Meta/Facebook, not traditional corporate videos or organic social media content. What You Will Do You will produce advertising creatives based on detailed scripts and briefs provided by our creative team. Your responsibilities may include: * Editing Meta/Facebook video ads * Creating realistic AI UGC * Creating talking-head creatives * Producing AI-generated scenes and avatars * Generating and editing French voiceovers * Creating AI animations and cartoon-style ads * Finding appropriate B-roll and visual assets * Adding subtitles and on-screen text * Creating multiple hooks for the same concept * Following detailed creative briefs * Creating variations of winning ads * Improving pacing and retention * Making revisions based on creative feedback * Checking that French subtitles and voiceovers are correct before delivery Typical Deliverables Most concepts will be: * Approximately 1–2 minutes * Vertical 9:16 * Designed primarily for Meta Ads * Delivered with around 4 different hooks per concept One core body may therefore be reused with several different opening hooks. Required Experience You should have: * Fluent or native-level French * Strong video-editing skills * Experience editing performance ads / direct-response advertising * Experience with Meta/Facebook ads * Understanding of UGC advertising * Strong sense of pacing and retention * Experience creating creatives designed to sell, not simply look beautiful * Ability to follow a detailed brief precisely * Strong attention to subtitles and on-screen text AI Skills You should be comfortable with several AI creative tools. Examples include: * Higgsfield * Arcads * ElevenLabs * HeyGen * Kling * Veo * Sora * Nano Banana / image generation tools * AI avatar tools * AI animation tools * Other relevant AI video-generation platforms If you already have your own subscriptions/tools, this is a major plus. We are also very interested in editors who actively test new AI tools and workflows rather than relying only on traditional editing. You should be able to look at a winning creative and understand: * What elements should remain unchanged * What can be tested * How to create new hooks * How to improve retention * How to make an AI creative feel native rather than obviously generated * How to follow a reference creative closely Experience working with supplement, wellness, health or beauty brands is a major plus. Experience targeting a 45+ / 50+ audience is also valuable. Long-Term & Volume We are looking for someone for a long-term collaboration. We continuously produce and test new advertising concepts, so there will be consistent work for the right person. You must be comfortable handling volume and meeting deadlines.
