Full-Service Digital Marketing Team / Agency (GoHighLevel Experts)

We are seeking a versatile, high-performing Digital Marketing Team or Agency to completely take over and scale our GoHighLevel (GHL) agency operations. Our agency is growing rapidly, and we need a reliable partner to handle day-to-day fulfillment, technical setups, and creative assets. This is a long-term, contract-based relationship. You must have dedicated experts ready to deploy across design, automation, and video production, with all team members being highly proficient in the GoHighLevel platform. Key Roles & Skills Required Within Your Team Your team must have the following specialists available to work within our GHL accounts when needed: Website / Funnel Designer (Most Used): Designing high-converting, visually stunning landing pages, complete websites, and client funnels natively inside GHL. Automations & Technical Expert: Building and troubleshooting complex GHL Workflows, custom values/fields, snapshot deployments, trigger links, calendar setups, and API/Zapier integrations. Video Editor: Editing short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form video content for both our agency's branding and our clients' ad campaigns. Graphic Designer: Creating ad creatives, social media graphics, GHL dashboard customization assets, and digital lead magnets. Social Media Manager: Managing organic content schedules, writing engaging copy/captions, managing reputation/reviews within GHL, and executing basic engagement strategies. Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize our main GHL agency account and client sub-accounts. Build, launch, and optimize marketing funnels and automated follow-up systems for new onboarding clients. Ensure seamless handoffs between creative assets (video/graphics) and technical execution (funnels/automations). Maintain strict deadlines and provide transparent communication on project statuses. Troubleshoot system glitches or integration errors quickly. Requirements Proven GHL Expertise: The entire team must be deeply familiar with GoHighLevel’s layout, limitations, and capabilities. Portfolio/Case Studies: Must be able to show examples of past GHL websites/funnels built, automation workflows designed, and video/graphic portfolios. Communication: Fluent English communication skills. Active availability during [Insert your preferred time zone, e.g., EST / PST] business hours for urgent requests. White-Label Experience: Ability to work seamlessly in the background as our fulfillment arm if required.
