Summary

Huwa Goods is a new premium UK stationery brand. Our first product is the 9-5 Planner, a 192-page A5 planner for people who want to manage their career deliberately rather than reactively. The brand identity is finished. Logo, colour palette, typography, and full brand guidelines are complete and will be shared on day one. A separate freelancer is handling our email marketing build, so Klaviyo is not part of this job beyond placing one form. We are launching with a single product and we want a single page. This is deliberate, not a budget compromise. No about page, no blog, no multi-page navigation. One page that does its job properly. What we need One long-scrolling Shopify page on a free theme, built in two states. Before launch, the page captures waitlist signups. The hero CTA is the signup form. mention the word huwa at the top so i know you read the entire brief At launch the same page becomes the sales page. The hero CTA becomes buy, the price and add-to-cart appear, and checkout goes live. Build both states now. We want to make the switch ourselves in September without hiring anyone again, so please leave us short written instructions for flipping it over. Use Shopify's password protection or hidden sections for anything that should not be visible yet. We have no preference on which free theme you use. Pick whichever you build fastest and cleanest in, and tell us in your proposal which one and why. Page sections In order, top to bottom: Hero — waitlist capture pre-launch, buy CTA at launch Product story — what the 9-5 Planner is and why it exists What is inside — the planner's structure, with mockup images Who it is for Specifications — size, page count, paper, binding FAQ — accordion style Footer — contact email, social links, policy links There is no separate about page, FAQ page, or contact page. Those live here as sections. Also needed Waitlist signup form embedded and connected to Klaviyo. Our email freelancer supplies the embed code and handles everything inside Klaviyo. You place the form, submit one test signup, confirm it arrives. That is the full extent of your Klaviyo involvement. A working checkout path: product set up in Shopify, add to cart and checkout functioning, one test order run end to end. The product page itself can stay minimal since the selling happens on the main page, but the purchase has to work. Policy pages: privacy, terms, refund, shipping. Shopify's generated templates are fine. Place and format them, link from the footer. Basic commerce configuration: shipping zones and rates from figures we provide, tax settings, payment method enabled. Mobile first. Most of our traffic comes from Instagram and LinkedIn, so the mobile view is the real design, not an afterthought. Standard setup: favicon, page title and meta description, custom domain connected. Product mockups We do not have product photography yet. We will send you the planner cover artwork and brand assets. We need 5 to 6 clean product mockups (Placeit, Smartmockups, Canva Pro, or your preferred tool) — a hero shot, a couple showing the planner open, and one or two in context. Please confirm in your proposal that you can produce these and that we will have commercial rights to the files. Copy You are not writing the copy. We are. On day one, send us a short list of the text slots your build needs — hero headline, subhead, button labels, section headings, FAQ questions, and so on, with a rough word or character guide for each, and one line on what each slot is meant to do. We will return the finished copy within 24 hours. Send that list as one batch rather than asking for pieces as you go, because the week is tight and back and forth is what will eat it. Use placeholder text and keep building while you wait for us. Do not stall. What we provide Full brand guidelines: logo files, colour palette, typography Planner cover artwork Shopify account, already set up, with login access for you Domain, already purchased Klaviyo form embed code, from our email freelancer Shipping rates, pricing, and product specifications All written copy, returned within 24 hours of your request Fast approvals. We will not leave you waiting. Budget The budget is $150, fixed. Please read this part properly, because we do not want to waste your connects or our time. $150 is not a starting figure. It is not an estimate. It will not move after you are hired, and it will not move for a strong portfolio. There is no phase two attached to this and no promise of future work being dangled. We have scoped it to match the number: one page, free theme, no custom development, no copywriting, no email platform work, no photography, no extra pages. Everything you need is prepared and waiting for you. Any proposal that quotes above $150, or that opens by asking whether the budget is flexible, will be declined without a reply. If $150 does not work for you, we completely understand, and we would rather you spend that connect on a job that pays what you need. Milestones: $50 on theme installed and page structure built, $100 on the page live with mockups, waitlist form tested, checkout working, mobile checked. Timeline One week from hire. If your current workload makes that unrealistic, please tell us rather than committing and slipping. We would far rather know before we hire. New to Upwork? Please apply We mean this genuinely rather than as a throwaway line. If you have no reviews yet, or only one or two, you are welcome here and you will not be filtered out for it. We care about whether the work looks considered, not about your job success score. If you take this on, we will leave a detailed, specific review on completion, and we are happy to be used as a reference. To apply Please include: One or two links to Shopify stores you have built. Free-theme builds are absolutely fine. If they were personal or practice projects, say so, that is not a mark against you. Which free theme you would use and why. Confirmation that you can produce the product mockups. Your honest availability this week.
