Full-Stack Automation Developer — Lovable, Supabase, APIs, AI & Business Systems Initial Paid Project: 20 hours Potential Full Scope: 110–140+ hours Rate: $8–$10/hour Ongoing work available for the right developer SCA Services LLC is building a centralized Automation Control Center and secure company intranet to replace fragmented spreadsheets, manual processes, disconnected applications, and employee-dependent workflows. We need a hands-on full-stack automation developer who can understand our existing systems, reuse working components, connect them into a scalable architecture, and progressively automate our B2B and DTC operations. This is not a Google Sheets or basic data-enrichment project. Our goal is one secure operating environment where employees can manage advertiser/publisher relationships, consumer data, campaigns, agreements, lead/call delivery, workflows, and operational/financial information based on their permissions. Core Technology Stack * Lovable — intranet and operational UI * Supabase / PostgreSQL — canonical database * ChatGPT / OpenAI — AI/intelligence layer * Google Workspace + existing Apps Scripts * HubSpot * Apollo / ContactOut * Instantly / Dripify * Microsoft Teams * Calendly / Google Meet * Adobe Sign * QuickBooks Online * Lead Exec * Scaler call tracking We also have multiple existing Lovable applications, including our B2B Growth Assessment, that need to connect to the same canonical database. Core System Requirements Create one controlled source-of-truth architecture for: B2B Advertisers/Buyers | B2B Publishers/Suppliers | DTC Consumers The system should support: * Canonical company/contact IDs * Normalization, matching and deduplication * Alias/AKA and existing-relationship detection * Blacklist/outreach suppression * B2B/DTC and Advertiser/Publisher classification * Service/program and target-title classification * AI-assisted research/classification * Automated enrichment * Source/provenance tracking * Status/disposition management * Work queues and exception review * Audit logs and reporting Legacy Data Approximately 5–10 datasets covering 12–18 months must be inventoried, normalized, deduplicated, matched, and migrated into the canonical architecture. Our existing Outreach Calendar and historical relationship/disposition data must also be preserved. Legacy data should not simply be dumped into a new master table. Relationships, aliases, sources, dispositions, and duplicates must be properly reconciled. B2B Sales & Outreach Automation Existing Advertiser and Publisher Lead Disposition workflows must connect to the new system and trigger actions automatically. Examples: * Interested → BDM follow-up * Meeting Scheduled → HubSpot + Calendly/Meet + suppress cold outreach * MSA Sent → Adobe Sign tracking * MSA Executed → setup workflow * Wrong Contact → enrichment * Follow Up Later → scheduled task * Existing Relationship → suppress prospecting Qualified records should integrate with Instantly, Dripify, Calendly, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Engaged contacts must automatically be removed from inappropriate cold outreach. Agreements & Campaign Workflows We need structured tracking: Company → Opportunity → MSA → IO → Campaign Adobe Sign status should connect to the canonical record, and executed agreements should trigger appropriate setup workflows. New advertisers/publishers require approximately 7–10+ setup actions before launch. We need configurable workflow/checklist templates containing: * Owner * Required/optional status * Due dates * Dependencies * Completion/evidence * Approval Incomplete required tasks should be capable of blocking Go Live. Lead Exec, Scaler & QuickBooks Lead Exec Bidirectional integration where technically possible: SCA → Lead Exec: consumer, source, publisher, campaign, qualification, buyer, stable IDs. Lead Exec → SCA: delivery, acceptance/rejection, returns, dispositions, buyer, timestamps, and applicable revenue data. Commercial routing should ultimately connect to active IO rules. Scaler Connect call performance: Publisher/Source → Campaign → Tracking Number → Call → Buyer → Disposition → Performance QuickBooks Online Maintain the operational relationship: Company → MSA → IO → Campaign → QBO Customer → Invoice → Payment/Credit The Control Center should display relevant billing/payment status without replacing QBO accounting. Secure SCA Intranet Every authorized user needs an individual login with role-based permissions. Roles may include: Owner/Admin, Operations, BDR, BDM, Publisher Manager, Media Buyer, Finance, Technical/Automation, Contractor, and Read Only. The system requires authentication, role/permission management, user activation/suspension/deactivation, password reset, and audit logging. Restricted advertiser/publisher portals may be added later. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding New hires should receive role-specific setup workflows for applicable systems such as Google, Teams, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Calendly, Instantly, Dripify, Apollo, ContactOut, Lead Exec, Scaler, Adobe, and QBO. Offboarding must revoke access, transfer records/tasks, and preserve company data/history. Existing Systems Must Be Reused We already have working Google Apps Scripts, HubSpot synchronization, Sheets, mappings, prompts, Lovable applications, and automations. Do not automatically rebuild functioning components. The developer must first understand what exists and reuse it where technically appropriate. Initial 20-Hour Paid Project Only the first 20 hours are initially authorized. Hours 0–10: Audit & Architecture Review the complete environment and deliver: * Current-state data-flow map * Target architecture * Lovable application/site inventory * Supabase/PostgreSQL database design * Legacy dataset inventory and migration plan * Canonical data model and stable-ID design * Integration inventory * Reusable-component assessment * User/permission architecture * Workflow/checklist architecture * AI/enrichment architecture * Updated implementation plan Mandatory Hour-10 Review: Stop and review the architecture with SCA. We will approve continuation, request corrections, pause, or stop. Hours 11–20: Foundation MVP After approval, build a working foundation demonstrating: Login → RBAC → Lovable Dashboard → Add/Search Record → Canonical Company/Contact → B2B/DTC → Advertiser/Publisher/Consumer → Service/Program → Status → Disposition → Existing Relationship → Suppression → Source/Provenance The MVP must use the approved Supabase/PostgreSQL architecture and demonstrate matching/deduplication against representative current and legacy SCA data. Mandatory Hour-20 Review: Demonstrate the system, provide source code/documentation, identify remaining gaps, and submit a revised estimate for subsequent phases. Do not proceed beyond 20 hours without written SCA authorization. Required/Preferred Technical Skills Strong experience with several of the following: * Lovable * Supabase / PostgreSQL * JavaScript / TypeScript * REST APIs / Webhooks * Authentication / RBAC / Row-Level Security * OpenAI / AI integrations * Google Apps Script / Sheets automation * HubSpot API * Workflow automation * Data migration / ETL * Normalization and deduplication * CRM and SaaS integrations Experience integrating Lead Exec, QuickBooks Online, Adobe Sign, Apollo, ContactOut, Instantly, Dripify, Calendly, or Microsoft Teams is a plus. Important We do not want someone who solves every requirement by creating another spreadsheet, isolated script, or manual process. We need someone who thinks: Architecture → Canonical Data → Reusable Components → Automation → Measurable Output → Documentation → Scalability The system must be maintainable and usable by employees other than the person who built it. Project Structure Initial authorized project: 20 hours Estimated full scope: approximately 110–140+ hours Rate: $8–$10/hour The full scope is not guaranteed or authorized upfront. Successful completion of the initial milestones may lead to the remaining implementation and ongoing SCA automation projects. To Apply Begin your application with “CONTROL CENTER” and answer: 1. Describe a Lovable + Supabase application you have built. 2. Have you connected multiple applications/sites to one shared PostgreSQL/Supabase database? 3. Describe your experience with authentication, RBAC and Row-Level Security. 4. Which have you integrated: HubSpot, QuickBooks, Adobe Sign, Apollo, ContactOut, Instantly, Dripify, Calendly, Teams, or Lead Exec? 5. Give an example where you replaced multiple spreadsheets/manual processes with one automated system. 6. How would you handle canonical company/contact matching and deduplication across legacy datasets? 7. How do you prevent APIs/automations from creating duplicates during reruns? 8. Are you comfortable stopping at the mandatory 10-hour and 20-hour reviews? 9. Can you work within the initial $8–$10/hour budget? Applications that do not begin with CONTROL CENTER will not be considered.
