Full-Stack Ad Creative Editor (Video & Static)

We're looking for a fast, versatile, and highly experienced creative editor to produce high-performing ad creatives across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Edit short-form video ads using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools. Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield to create and enhance content. Repurpose existing footage and source relevant content for new creatives. Create static image ads and variations of existing concepts. Quickly understand advertising concepts and recreate winning formats. Produce multiple hooks, edits, and creative variations for testing. Adapt creatives to different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios. Requirements Strong experience editing performance marketing or paid social ads. Advanced proficiency with Adobe tools and other editing software. Experience using AI-powered video and image tools. Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and direct-response advertising. Ability to work quickly, follow creative direction, and deliver consistently.
