Full Stack AI Developer - AI Backoffice Agent Prototype for Swiss SMEs Fixed Budget: $100 I am looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to build a functional prototype of an AI Backoffice Agent for Swiss SMEs, especially construction and trade companies such as insulation, heating, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and fire protection companies. This is a real functional prototype, not just a design or Figma mockup. The main functions should work and demonstrate the complete automation. CORE IDEA The AI should act like a digital office employee and automate the process from a customer request to a finished quotation. Example workflow: 1. A customer sends a quotation request by email with a PDF tender attached. 2. AI reads and understands the email and attachment. 3. AI identifies the customer and creates or finds the customer. 4. AI identifies the project and creates or finds the project. 5. AI analyzes the tender PDF. 6. AI extracts relevant positions, quantities, units and technical information. 7. User can review and select the relevant positions. 8. AI applies the company's price database. 9. AI calculates the quotation. 10. AI creates a professional quotation. 11. AI generates the quotation as a PDF. 12. AI prepares a reply to the original customer email with the quotation attached. 13. User reviews everything. 14. User clicks Approve and Send. The goal is that the employee does not have to manually copy information from the email or tender into the system.
