Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js / Supabase) | Long or Full-Time | Paid 2 hours Trial

We're a small, fast-moving development team led by a Top Rated Plus Upwork freelancer, delivering SaaS platforms and web apps for US/EU clients. Our stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL. Our project pipeline is growing, and we need ONE reliable SENIOR full-time developer who ships fast, tests their own work, and communicates clearly. We want a long-term teammate, not a one-off gig. THE ROLE You'll work directly with me (lead developer) on active client projects: building frontend pages and components in Next.js, wiring backend APIs with Node.js/Supabase, and integrating third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.). You should be able to take a feature from brief to deployed with minimal hand-holding. Hours: Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) Location: Remote. Must overlap 9am to 6pm PKT (UTC+5) daily Start: Immediately after the trial WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Responsive, mobile-first UIs in Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS - REST APIs and database logic with Node.js + Supabase (PostgreSQL, RLS) - Integrations: Stripe payments, OpenAI/Claude APIs, webhooks - Technical decisions on the features you own - Bug fixes and features delivered self-tested. Every completed task includes a short Loom demo - Daily written update: what's done, what's blocked, what's next REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) - 5+ years hands-on experience, with strong React/Next.js + TypeScript on real production apps (not tutorials) - Solid Node.js + PostgreSQL/Supabase experience (RLS, migrations, query performance) - You can work independently off a brief and take features to production - Clean Git workflow (branches, PRs, reviewable code) - You test your own work BEFORE marking it done.
