Full-Stack Developer — Next.js, Technical SEO & Agentic Development Tools
Worldwide
Overview: We are a growth operations company that builds the digital infrastructure behind agencies and their clients. We rebuild websites, develop custom software applications, and deploy technical SEO and attribution systems that directly drive client revenue. We work fast, we work lean, and we use modern agentic development tools to deliver in weeks what used to take months. We are looking for a full-stack developer to join us on an hourly contract basis with the strong potential for a long-term ongoing relationship as we scale. This is not a traditional development role. You will be expected to use Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your workflow — not as an occasional helper but as your primary development accelerator. If you are not already building this way, this is not the right role for you. What You Will Be Working On: Our clients are real businesses — law firms, industrial companies, agencies — who need their digital infrastructure rebuilt correctly and maintained consistently. Here is the kind of work you will own: Website builds on Next.js with a headless CMS, hosted on Vercel. You will take clients from outdated legacy platforms like WordPress, Concrete5, or Webflow to fully modern production sites. Typical delivery window is two to three weeks per site. Technical SEO infrastructure including 301 redirect mapping from legacy URLs, sitemap generation, Google Search Console setup, Schema markup implementation throughout the site covering Organization, Product, Service, Attorney, LegalService, and FAQ structured data, and ongoing monthly crawl monitoring and remediation. Custom software application development including interactive web tools, lead qualification utilities, case value calculators, legal process visualizers, and intake automation systems. These are client-facing applications that need to perform reliably and integrate cleanly with CRMs and third-party systems. Revenue attribution dashboard configuration pulling from Google Analytics GA4, active traffic channels, and client CRM pipelines including Dynamics 365 and HubSpot. API integrations connecting rebuilt websites and custom applications to existing client systems. You will not always be rebuilding these systems — you will often be connecting to them, auditing them, and extending them. Database architecture using Supabase where client engagements require data storage for custom applications, lead tracking, or interactive tools. Ongoing monthly development support across multiple active client engagements covering new page builds, feature iterations, bug fixes, Schema markup updates, and application improvements. What We Need From You: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. You should be able to scaffold and deploy a production Next.js application with a headless CMS, proper SEO infrastructure, and Supabase database connectivity without needing guidance. Hands-on daily experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or a comparable agentic development tool. We will ask you about your specific workflow in screening. Candidates who cannot describe a concrete agentic development workflow will not move forward. Working knowledge of technical SEO. Not surface level. You should understand how crawlers work, what Schema markup does and how to implement it correctly, why 301 redirects matter for domain authority, and how Core Web Vitals scores affect search rankings. API integration experience. Most of our client engagements involve connecting a new website or application to an existing system. You need to be comfortable reading API documentation and building reliable integrations independently. GA4 configuration and event tracking setup. You need to be able to wire up tracking correctly and know when it is broken. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. You will have two to four active client engagements running simultaneously at different stages of the delivery cycle. Strong written communication in English. You will not be client-facing directly but you will be submitting deliverables, writing documentation, and flagging issues clearly and quickly. Communication speed and clarity matters as much as technical skill in this role.
