Summary

Key Responsibilities & Scope: Frontend (React.js): Integrate and customize a clean, responsive Rich Text / Story Editor (e.g., Tiptap, Slate.js, or Quill). Build an intuitive UI for chapter management, character/plot tagging, and draft autosaving. Implement smooth reading/viewing layouts (light/dark mode, pagination, or infinite scroll). Backend (Node.js & Express.js): Design RESTful APIs to handle complete CRUD operations for stories, chapters, drafts, and user interactions (likes, bookmarks, comments). Build efficient endpoints for background autosave and media file uploads (AWS S3 / Cloudinary). Database & Performance: Design clean database schemas (MongoDB / PostgreSQL) for structured content (StoriesChapters User Engagements).
