AI Full-Stack Developer - Python, RAG, AI Agents, Voice AI & n8n

We're looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to build and improve conversational AI solutions for our business, combining intelligent chat experiences, AI agents, voice capabilities, and workflow automation. The right person should have strong Python and Django experience and be comfortable turning business requirements into reliable production applications. What we need: We need an AI chatbot that can work with our internal documents and knowledge base, providing useful answers based on our own information rather than generic responses. The system should be organized so our content can be updated over time while keeping answers relevant and consistent. Alongside the chatbot, we want automated workflows that connect the AI application with our existing business processes. These workflows may update CRM records, send notifications, create follow-up tasks, and trigger other actions based on what happens during a conversation. Experience with AI voice agents is also valuable, as we may expand the system into a voice-based experience later. We are interested in someone who understands how to connect conversational AI with practical backend workflows and build solutions that can grow beyond an initial prototype. What we're looking for in a candidate: Proven experience building AI chatbots and conversational applications Strong Python and Django development experience Practical experience with RAG and knowledge-based AI systems Experience building AI integrations and agent-based workflows Familiarity with automation platforms and event-driven workflows Experience with voice AI is a strong plus Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions in plain language Comfortable working independently and providing regular progress updates Process: Please include examples of relevant AI applications, chatbots, voice agents, or automation systems you've built.
