Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Full Stack Developer — Ongoing Maintenance on a Multi-Tenant SaaS App I'm looking for a full stack developer to help maintain and improve CrewPilot+, an operations management platform for inflatable/party rental businesses. Business owners and their teams use it to plan delivery routes, manage staff schedules, track time via GPS-verified clock in/out, and communicate with their crews. Tech stack: Frontend: React + TypeScript Backend: Express + tRPC Database: MySQL (via Drizzle ORM) Mobile: Capacitor-wrapped iOS/Android app About the codebase: This is a real, live, multi-tenant SaaS application with paying customers depending on it daily — not a greenfield build. It's a substantial codebase (the main backend file alone is over 20,000 lines), so I'm looking for someone genuinely comfortable working inside existing, complex code, not someone who prefers to rebuild from scratch. What I need help with: Ongoing bug fixes and feature work Careful attention to multi-tenant data isolation — this app serves multiple separate businesses from one codebase, and correctly scoping every query and action to the right tenant is critical. Bugs where one tenant's data leaked into another's have been a recurring theme, so this matters a lot to me. Real verification of fixes. I don't want to hear "it's fixed" — I want to see the actual working result, tested, before I consider something closed. How I'd like to start: Rather than jumping into an open-ended contract, I'd like to begin with one small, paid, well-defined trial task so we can both see how we work together before committing to anything ongoing. I have several already scoped out and ready to hand off.
