Full-Stack Developer — Restaurant Loyalty & POS Integrations | Long-Term

We're adding restaurant-specific features and need someone to build them. Long-term, ongoing role. Not a one-off project. What you'll build — first project: A loyalty program that runs off real transaction data. A customer orders, the POS records it, points accrue, and our platform automatically sends them a reward when they hit a threshold — or a win-back when they haven't been in for 60 days. That means: pulling customer and transaction data from POS systems, storing it cleanly, running the logic, and triggering campaigns through our existing email and SMS stack. Then: POS integrations — Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, SpotOn Online ordering platform integrations — ChowNow, Toast, Square Customer lifecycle segmentation and automated campaign triggers Reporting on repeat visit rate, lifetime value, churn signals Our stack: Replit · Python / FastAPI · PostgreSQL · Redis · Celery · Stripe · SendGrid · Twilio · Retell AI · React You need: Strong Python and PostgreSQL Real experience integrating third-party APIs with messy documentation — POS APIs are inconsistent and poorly documented, and that's the actual difficulty of this job Webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, retry logic You've worked with at least one POS or payments API before Comfortable owning a feature end to end without a spec written for you Bonus: restaurant tech experience — Toast, Square, Clover, ChowNow, Olo, or similar. How we work: small team, direct access to founders, real ownership of your area. We pay on time, every time. Rate: Hourly, based on your experience.
